love.kindness.sincerity.you can make the difference.

in every one of my classes today we talked about the history of blacks and whites. how horrible we treated Africans because of their skin color. how they were not even considered of the same kind. how everywhere they went they were discriminated against. sure nowadays everyone says 'oh ya thats horrible. glad its over now.' but wheres the love in that? how are we making a TRUE difference today? do we think that because the laws have changed that everything is better? its not. many people still find ways to differentiate them from our society. this isnt how God wants it. this isnt how its supposed to be. we can fix it. it wont be hard to make a change. all that is needed is some love. some kindness. some sincerity to show that we care about everyone no matter their skin color. God looks at us all the same, so why shouldnt we? we r equal. we r one.
